GENERAL
PRICING AND PURCHASES
1. The price of any product listed on the website is valid at the time of the purchase.
2. The seller reserves the right to change the price of any product at any given time.
3. The final value of the purchase will always include shipping fees, and this will be shown to the buyer
before commiting to their purchase.
4. The transaction is considered fulfilled once the fees are paid by the buyer.
5. Upon commiting to the purchase and placing the order, the buyer will receive a confirmation email stating the
final value of the transaction.
6. All transactions are securely handled by an online payment gateway system Stripe.com
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
1. The purchased products will be shipped between 5-14 working days.
2. The products are usually dispatched within 5 business days. If this is not the case, the buyer will be
informed of any issues as soon as possible.
3. The detailed shipping fees and times are listed in the Shipping & Delivery section of the website.
RETURNS AND WARRANTY
1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and to return the purchased goods within 14 days of
original purchase date as stated on the purchase receipt.
2. The seller will only ever accept any undamaged goods in their original packaging, providing all accessories and/or documentation
are included within the package. The returned items must not display any signs of damage on the outside or the inside of the package.
3. It is the buyers own responsibility to ensure the returned items will reach the seller in a Brand New condition and will be eligible
for further resale.
4. It is the buyers own responsibility to pay for any returns postage fees.
5. Before returning the items, the buyer is required to inform the seller of any upcoming returns, using the address info@gleb.co.uk.
HANDLING OF PERSONAL DATA
1. By commiting to the purchase, the buyer gives Covern Ltd. permission to handle their
personal data, which are as follows:

Contact telephone number
E-mail address

2. All collected personal data are under protection of GDPR.
3. Covern Ltd. will only collect any personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the transaction
and to be able to provide the requested goods.
4. The customer's personal data will be shared with the seller when creating their Account and via the Order form,
while making the purchase.

for the sole purpose of delivering the goods, and only use these to fulfill the transaction between the buyer and the seller.
